Nduwantare swaps Magara for Muyinga

Burundi Premier League experienced gaffer Jean Marie Ismail Nduwantare has made the headlines after ditching Magara Young Boys for Olympic Stars in the league

Ismail Nduwantare had a very good start to the season with Magara Young Boys in what is Magara's maiden season in top flight football after promotion from Burundi Ligue B last season.

Nduwantare with his young squad at Magara managed to collect six wins in 15 first leg matches losing only once at home .The performance left the Magara based club eighth in Burundi Premier League table standings with 21 points .

Despite having a suitable project with Magara Young Boys,the gaffer has however decided to leave for a lower placed Olympic Star to try and establish his reign with the Muyinga based club .

Olympic Star are 10th placed with 16 points from 15 Burundi Premier League matches .

Nduwantare is the lastest local coach to swap clubs in Burundi Premier League alongside Joslin Bipfusda who made a move to Bumamuru Fc from NBC Tanzania Premier League side Polisi Tanzania,Omar Ntakagero was also appointed Musongati FC head Coach replacing Hussein Nahimana
