The Spurs' Dennis Koger highlighted the 2022 Fall K1 All-League awards by taking home player of the year honors, in what was a very tightly contested race for player of the year. Koger averaged 20.7 points per game, 9.0 rebounds per game, and 3.4 assists per game. Coach Chills of the Nets was voted by his peers as coach of the year, as he led his Nets to a 9-2 regular season record, and the number one overall seed in the playoff tournament. Meanwhile the Heat's Terrell Hendrix took home the leagues' defensive player of the year award, thanks to finishing first in steals (2.8 per game) and fifth in blocks (1.0 per game).
