Four Suits 2K23 Tournament Registration

Thank you for participating in the Premiere "Four Suit 2K League" for NBA 2K23.

This is a 3-round, Best-of-3, 8-team tournament in the 5v5 Pro-AM. We will be keeping stats!!!

To register for the tournament, please reach out to Jabriel Wilson (Xbox Gamertag: Wooooox334) or Dame Woodruff (Dame 4 Game).

The following are required to be submitted and fully completed to be considered tournament eligible:

- Team Name
- Team Logo/Primary Colors
- Team Roster (Up to 6 players) * provide first name/Gamer tags & Jersey #'s if able
- Identify your Team Captain

Only Players submitted through this form are allowed to participate in any tournament-affiliated games!

Colors help differentiate your team on the court. To prevent jersey clashing, please create WHITE HOME JERSEYS ONLY, and AWAY JERSEY MUST BE TEAM COLOR OR BLACK, if TEAM COLOR CLASHES WITH WHITE! Please send a screenshot of your home/away jersey prior to the start of the Tournament.
Provide Name/Gamer Tag/Jersey number Ex: Dame / "Dame 4 Game" / # 20
Select one player as Team Captain, preferably someone who is readily available for the entire tournament.
