[RULEBOOK] as of 2018
ROSTER SIZE
-No more then 10 on a active roster, may have a unlimited amount of practice squad members.
-Rosters must be finalized within ONE WEEK before SEASON START.
-Once a roster is set, players cannot transfer without written consent from school administrator/coach. (VIA TRANSFER INFO)
-Rosters can be updated at the end of each week.
-Rosters CANNOT be altered to adjust for PLAYOFFS, any change for playoffs will result in SUSPENSION (VIA PLAYER & COACH)
TRANSFER GUIDE
(SCHOOLS WILL BE ALOUD TO ACCEPT/DECLINE ANY TRANSFER AT THERE WILL)
-A student may transfer TWICE (IF A TRANSFER IS DECLINED, HE/SHE WILL NOT BE ALOUD TO PARTICIPATE THE FOLLOWING WEEK)
-Schools may have at most TWO TRANSFERS on there active roster.
-If a TRANSFER is suspended,cut, or removed from the active roster, the students transfer sheet will be TERMINATED, and the student may no longer compete for that school.
-Once a student's transfer sheet is terminated, he/she must apply to the NABA Commissions Group Of Officials to have one re-allocated to he/she.
-PRIVATE Schools must fill out a transcript over the athlete and send to the NABA Commissions Group Of Officials.
-A Student can transfer from PRIVATE to PUBLIC without a transcript.
-A Student CANNOT transfer from PUBLIC to PRIVATE without a transcript.
-Transfer sheets will be reviewed/taken every semester of play (3 SEASON GAMES)
SEASON INFO
(TEAMS WILL COMPETE IN/OUT OF DISTRICT THROUGHOUT THE SEASON)
-District play will recorded after 3 games.
-Each school will play a total of 11 Games. (5 ARE OPEN FOR COACHES TO PLAY TEAM OF CHOICE) (WILL PLAY SCHOOLS MORE THEN ONCE)
-District play is calculated 20% into Playoff Rankings.
-Private schools will play eachother in district.
-Scrimmages will be hosted on COACHES CONSENT.
-Games will begin with tip-off...(8:00|4 PERIODS)
-ALL RULES APPLY.
IN-GAME RULES
(PLAYERS & COACHES MUST HAVE READ THIS THROUGHLY...YOU SHOULD KNOW WHAT IS ASKED OF YOU)
-MAX 80 Power.
-Teams will have a total of 6 Timeouts. (OT PERIOD +2)
-5 on the court for both teams. (MINIMUM TO PLAY IS 3)
-ALL Games must have 2 OFFICIALS, and 1 MEDIA MEMBER (TO VERIFY SCORE/STATS FOR WEBSITE) For the game to be played.
-MAX (OFFICIALS IN TRAINING) Aloud officiating a game is 0. Officials in training will have ASSIGNED Games, to where they will train to be great.
-THE FOLLOWING CAN AND WILL EARN YOU A TECH (HEAD RIDING (0 TOLERENCE),3 SEC CHERRY PICKING (NO WARNINGS), PRESS (3 WARNINGS)
-A PLAYER CAN RECIEVE UP TO 2 TECHS BEFORE BEING EJECTED
-SCOREBOARD Will have 4 Periods, (8 MIN EACH)
-SHOTCLOCK Will have 24 Seconds...non-stopping. (WILL STOP AT HAULT OF PLAY, AND WHEN THE BALL CROSSES THE OOB LINE) The Shotclock WILL Reset once the ball is ib'ed, hits the rim, or in the opposite teams possetion.
-FULL COURT PRESS Is aloud under 2 Minutes each period. (OT PERIODS WILL ALLOW IT UNDER 3)
WHATS ALOUD (THESE WILL BE ALOUD, AND SPECIFIED SO THERE IS NO CONFUSION)
-EBL HOP (PLAYER WILL RECIEVE BALL AND JUMP WHEN HE RECIEVES IT, OR KEEP GOING) (TRAVEL WILL BE CALLED IF A PLAYER RECEIVES BALL, AND TAKES 1-2 SECONDS BEFORE JUMPING.)
-EURO STEP (PLAYER WILL DRIVE IN THE PAINT, AND MAKE 2 JUMPS...1 PLANTING HIS FOOT L/R, AND ONE GOING UP FOR THE LAYUP/DUNK) (TRAVEL WILL BE CALLED IF A PLAYER TAKES 2 JUMPS PLANTING.)
