*Ray's Elite Basketball was founded by Randy Howard who had the idea in college. Learning all the ends and outs of how to run a successful event had taught him to become ambitious. Right now, the tournament is operating in 3 states with the goal of expanding even more. Ray's Elite Basketball is an up & coming tournament designed to keep all age group active while playing competitive.
