Team 3 - 57, Team 6 - 53 (Round of 16)
Team 3 saved its first win of the season for the most opportune time, defeating Team 6 in the 8 vs. 9 play-in game by a score of 57-53. Michael Lonergan Jr. led the way with 13 points for Team 3, while Jonathan Townsend chipped in 10 points. Team 3, who fell on a last second shot to Team 6 a week ago in the regular season finale, trailed 31-29 at halftime. An early run in the second half propelled them to a ten-point lead, before Team 6 called a timeout and came storming back to tie the game with only a couple minutes remaining. Team 6's Vince Harrison concluded his season with another strong game, scoring 18 points and grabbing eight rebounds. Ty Harrison added 14 points, while Mitchner had nine points. Team 3 advanced to the quarterfinals to take on the number one seed, Team 9.

Team 9 - 56, Team 3 - 35 (Quarterfinal #1)
Top-seeded Team 9 got out to an early lead and coasted against Team 3 on its way to a 56-35 win. Although Team 9 didn't have its best shooting performance of the season, they rebounded well and held Team 3 to just 16 points in the first half. Team 9, who was without two of its top four scorers, was led by Reb Binion, who had 21 points and eight rebounds. Tyree Mosley and Ronnie Jackson each had eight points, while Mook Lawrence had seven points. For Team 3, the challenge of the more physical, talented Team 9 proved to be too much in the second game of a doubleheader. Zach Mcguirt concluded his fantastic rookie season with a 13-point effort. Shaun Ohrt had eight points. Team 3 finishes the season at 1-9, while Team 9 improves to 8-1 overall and will play in the semifinals next week at 2:45 pm.

Team 1 - 91, Team 7 - 57 (Quarterfinal #2)
Second-seeded Team 1 came out firing on all cylinders in Sunday's quarterfinal matchup and rolled to a 91-57 win against Team 7. Nine players on the roster scored, and five guys were in double digits for Team 1, who led 50-30 at halftime. Dustin Rennewanz and Dennis Koger had 16 points, and Ray Lawrence had 14 points. Dane Schlafley and Chris Green each had 12 points. Team 7's Darian Bosby was excellent, scoring 21 points to finish sixth in scoring average in the K1 League. Dylan Winker had 12 points and Jaquan Boxley added 10 points. Team 7 finishes the season at 2-7, while Team 1 improves to 8-1 on the season and will play in the semifinals next week at 3:45 pm.

Team 5 - 46, Team 2 - 41 (Quarterfinal #3)
Third-seeded Team 2 entered the playoff tournament with a 6-2 record. Out of its six wins, five of those came by a combined 17 points, including three wins by a combined five points. Unfortunately for Team 2, its luck in close games ran out on Sunday, as Team 5 used a sparkling performance from Terrell Hendrix to battle back from an 8-point deficit in the second half to win 46-41. Team 5, who has struggled to come out on top against the league's best teams, saw everything come together on Sunday, as player-of-the-year candidate Hendrix dropped 21 points. Despite his impressive play on the offensive end of the court, it was Team 5's defense that shined the most. Team 5 held Team 2 to just 16 points in the second half, and closed the game on a 26-13 run. Team 2 finishes the season at 6-3 as C.J. Link led the way with 14 points. Team 5 improves to 4-5 and will play in the semifinals next week at 3:45 pm.

Team 8 - 58, Team 4 - 57 (Quarterfinal #4)
Fourth-seeded Team 8 and fifth-seeded Team 4 locked horns on Sunday afternoon in a matchup of heavyweights. In their regular season matchup back in week three, Team 8 edged Team 4 in a back and forth affair, 72-70. Sunday's matchup would prove to be just as exciting, as the two teams exchanged lead changes throughout the second half. With 6.5 seconds remaining and trailing 57-56, Team 8's Andre Robertson Jr. was fouled. Despite facing a 1-and-1 situation, Robertson Jr. went to the line with confidence and knocked down both free throws. For the fourth time this season, Team 4 was trailing in the final five seconds of the game with the ball and the chance to hit a game-winning shot. Things weren't meant to be for Team 4 though, as player-of-the-year candidate Kale Maupin lost the ball in the lane with just seconds to go on a controversial play. Team 8 would hang on to win by a score of 58-57, picking up a crucial quarterfinal win, and clinching the last final four spot. Gerald Duckworth was a difference maker for Team 8, scoring 17 points. Tone Brooks had 12 points, while Bobby Crivokapich and Seth Johnson each contributed 10 points. Tryston Swartz had 16 points for Team 4, while Maupin added 15 points. Team 4 finishes the season at 4-5, despite having a second-half lead in all nine games this season. Team 8 improves to 6-3 and will play in the semifinals next week at 2:45 pm.
