What a final it was! With an entire season on the line, Tr3way defeated NYSC Finest in a thriler 44-36. This game was a back-and-forth defensive struggle throughout, both teams locking up not allowing any easy buckets. With a tie game and 1 minute to go, Rex Noel came up with a huge offensive rebound and putback layup to give Tr3way the lead. NYSC Finest was unable to convert on their next possesion which turned into a leakout layup on the other end. From that point on Tr3way never looked back, claiming their first ever Shames JCC Basketball title. Three players scored in double-figures for Tr3way, led by the MVP Akeem Williams (14 points). NYSC Finest was led by Desmond Foster with 11 points.
