The second half of the seson kicked off with another thriller, as The Elders picked up a narrow overtime victory against Sleepy Hollows Finest 70-69. These two teams came into the game with the same record as one another, and were very evenly matched. They went back and forth throughout, and 40 minutes wasn't enough to settle the score. Eventually the sharp shooting of The Elders, including 20 point efforts by Micheal Trager (20 points, 9 rebounds) and Stephen Welch (22 points, 6 threes) helped them to a victory. Sleepy Hollows Finest were led by Jose L Rivera, who dropped 35 points on 14 made feild goals. With this victory, The Elders imporved to 3-2, while Sleepy Hollows Finest fall below .500 to 2-3.
