In Wednesdays first game, NYSC Finest defeated The Elders by the final socre of 77-62. The Elders held a the lead for a good portion of the game, however suffocating defefense by NYSC Finest allowed them to climb back in and eventually take over the game. Desmond Foster (23 points) and Ian Charles (20 points) led the way for NYSC Finest. Chris Hersom added a double-double for The Elders, scoring 20 and grabbing 10 boards. The 77 points scored by NYCS Finest is the highest point total by any team this season, breaking their previous record of 71.
