Walkovers packed weekend for Division One Zone B clubs
Round six of Zone B matches were far from better as the previous weekends . Things seem to be getting worst and messy for Division one league Zone B clubs
The league has witnessed a total of 13 walkovers from 40 league matches this season whereas some matches have not taken place due to clubs failing to unveil ambulance or a stand by car for the league games
Kisumu Hot Stars was the latest team to issue a walkover after failing to travel for a league match in Naivas aganist flower growers Vegpro FC .
GDC Nakuru failed to show up in Kitale for a Division one encounter with Transfoc Fc citing financial constrains .
Green commandos were awarded three points and two goals after the host Kamungei United failed to produce a well equiped Ambulance or a stand by car cutting short the match after 20 minutes of play .
When reached out for comments some of Division One club leaders insisted the league was expensive for nothing ,teams are struggling to honour fixtures,keep players in camp and arrange all match logistics but in return get nothing from the football Kenya Federation
One of the leaders who sort to remain anonymous said fans should be bruised and ready for more walkovers and "ambulance points" as teams have nothing to do "it is early in the season and we are talking of 13 walkovers,fans should be ready for more of this ,we don't have finances to run the league ,despite our concerns the federation rejected our efforts to have a meeting with them .This football is expensive for nothing."
