The Lakers' Terrell Hendrix highlighted the 2023 Spring K1 All-League awards by taking home player of the year honors, edging out Martavias Laster of the Nets and Myles Birgans of the 76ers. Hendrix averaged 23.2 points per game, 7.2 rebounds per game, and 3.2 steals per game. His points per game were good for second in the league and his steals per game led the K1 League. Coach Chillz of the Nets was voted by his peers as coach of the year for the second straight season, as he led the Nets to an 11-3 record, and the number two seed in the playoff tournament. In the race for defensive player of the year, the Bucks' Barik Olden and the Lakers' Hendrix tied in the voting process, as both are crowned co-defensive player of the year. As mentioned earlier, Hendrix led the league in steals (3.2 per game), while Olden finished the regular season first in blocks (1.4 per game) and second in rebounds (10.0 per game). The 76ers' Birgans took home the inaugaral Rookie of the Year award, leading the league in scoring at 24.4 points per game. And last but not last, the Heat's Trey Anthony took home the Most Improved Player award by averaging 11.8 ppg on 45.8% shooting from the field. Check out the full list below!
