Last Night Tuesday, September 7th, 2021, we kicked off another Season of Flag Football. It was a special day for Coach Jack Geromini and Franklin Recreation Director Ryan Jette. Yesterday marked the start of the 20th Flag Football Season Coach Jack and Ryan have worked together. Ryan started the Flag Football Program 22 years ago with just 35 kids. Here we are now in 2021, and the program has grown exponentially. This year the flag football program has a total of 402 Kids!! We spoke to Coach Jack about the last 20 years, and he said, " This program over the past 20 years has been all about the kids of Franklin having fun, learning the game, and making new friends. This program also allows the parents to meet others which in the long run brings our community together."
